The Anderic RR7080T Ceiling fan remote control will replace the original equipment Hampton bay & Harbor breeze CHQ7080T and UC7080T remote control. This is an RF remote control and needs to be synced with the receiver in the fan. This remote has 4 dip switches inside battery cover to sync. Additional information: - Direct replacement for the original UC7080T (CHQ7080T) - This remote only works with Ceiling Fans - What's included: RR7080T remote control & Wall mount bracket (with two screws for mounting) - This remote operates: Downlights (with dimming), Uplights, Reverse, Fan off, Fan speed low, Fan Speed Medium, Fan Speed High - Works with the following receivers (but not limited to): UC7051G Warning: make sure you are using Incandescent bulbs or your fan will not dim properly.
