A standard 12 hub is designed to work with five different attachments including the ae-ts12h meat tenderizer, ae-mc12nh meat cutter, ae-js12h jerky slicer, ae-vs12nh vegetable cutter, and the standard ae-g22nh 22 meat grinder. Their exceptional reliability and attractive, compact designs make them ideal for open commercial kitchens, front-end meat operations, or a home counter top. 100% stainless steel construction makes the motor easy to clean and very durable. The 100% metal gear driven transmission and 1.5hp motor means this machine grinds and processes even the toughest meat with ease a permanently lubricated, sealed transmission with air cooled motor ensures food safety and years of trouble free service. All internal worms and gears are precision machined from heat treated steel-alloys for extra durability. An integrated circuit breaker and reset helps prevent damage to the motor. High quality electronic components and well-designed wiring provides excellent operational reliability. Forward and reverse modes help release any food jams. (Reverse mode should only be used when using a meat grinder attachment, using reverse mode on attachments other than the meat grinder may cause damage not covered under warranty) non-slip rubber feet keep the machine stable on your counter top.
