Made from a 100% domestic varietal blend of U.S. honey, it features an aromatic, deep caramel flavor with lush floral notes. AMBROSIA HONEY COMPANY has been crafting artisan honey from American honey bees since 1973. We only use low-temperature melting and simple straining to maintain all the goodness in our pure honey that overheating and force filtering can destroy. This often takes days, not hours, like most other honey. While we haven't re-invented honey harvesting, we like to think we've perfected it.
