About Altelix 14x12x8 FRP Fiberglass NEMA 4X Box
The Altelix NF141208P NEMA 4X Weatherproof Enclosure is ideal for protecting equipment from harsh environments and tampering. This rugged NEMA box is molded from durable and UV resistant fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) with a UL94-5V flame rating. It features a stainless steel door hinge and stainless steel latches with provision for padlocks. The door is fully gasketed making this enclosure suitable for use indoors or outdoors including marine environments. This enclosure is 8 inches deep and features an extended lid for a increased equipment clearance. Aluminum Equipment Plate This configuration consists of the fiberglass NEMA 4X enclosure with hinged lid and a 2.5mm thick finished aluminum plate for mounting and securing equipment. The enclosure and plate can be easily drilled and modified by the installer to suit unique site requirements. Mounting Four removable stainless steel wall mounting feet and stainless screws are included so that the enclosure can be securely mounted to a wall or other structure. An optional pole mounting kit (Altelix model NMKS-300-08) is also available.
