These toppers are designed to camouflage cleavage, allowing you to wear a bra under any dress or shirt, but still maintain the integrity, modesty, and femininity of your outfit. Dress up your wardrobe by wearing your blouse or jacket over a plain bandeau top or wear the topper on your hips to add length or embellishment to any tank or tee. Made in USA of stretch lace fabric. 12 Inch Toppers Size Estimator: These toppers are stretchy but for larger cups sizes or padded bras you may need to size up. If there is a choice between sizes (e.g. M/L), size up for natural breasts and padded bras. If your basic topper rolls down, it is too small and you should size up even if it fits looser at the bottom. If worn at the hip, size up one size from your normal size.
