Through much trial and error, Mr. Antonio developed crisp and delicate fingers of bread that we recognize today as breadsticks. Our imported Alessi Breadsticks are made with the same grissini torinesi (Turin style) recipe of centuries ago. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil.
