How to Use the knife sharpener: 1.If your knife is a little blunt, please use the FINE grinding to pull back 5 times in the same direction. 2.If your knife is blunt, please use the CERAMIC grinding to pull back 5 times in the same direction, then please switch into the FINE grinding for 5 times. 3.If your knife is very blunt, please use the COARSE grinding to create the sharpened 'V' edge by pulling back 5 times, which would grind off some steel scraps, and after that, please switch into the CERAMIC grinding for 5 times.
