The screen protector cracked during normal use or installation (not including water damage or damage caused by abnormal use like drop on the ground). Specification: Compatible with iPad Pro 11 Inch 2018 ONLY What in the Box: 1 x Screen Protector 1 x Wet Cleaning Package (Alcohol) 1 x Dry Cleaning Package (Fiber Paper) 1 x Dust-absorber Installation Guide Step 1. Gently clean the screen with the provided alcohol pad then completely dry screen with dry cleaning pad. Step 2. Use the guide stick to mark the intended position of the screen protector. Step 3. Fold the screen protector over and use the dust absorber to remove all dust. Step 4. Peel off the film on the back of the screen protector. Step 5. Fold the screen protector back over and gently press down.
