This auto battery cables 1-pack is primarily used as car battery cables with terminals but can also be used as RV battery cables, ATV battery cable, golf cart battery inverter cables, or lawn mower red battery cable. It is made of PVC insulated copper for resistance to grease, oil, and gasoline with a zinc-plated steel lug that is tinned for marine use. The waterproof adhesive-lined shrink wrap on the connections offer a secure fit. The 4-gauge thickness will not easily melt (we recommend further protecting the inverter cable with 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch loom covering to prevent the wires from touching and melting after prolonged contact).
