Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing toddler formula. When switching to any formula, a gradual transition is best. Consult your Toddler's pediatrician about the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and make sure to boil clean utensils, bottles and nipples in water before use. 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula. 2. Add 36 g of powder for each 6 fl oz lukewarm water (boiled water to cool to a temperature of 40ºC – 45ºC) 3. Cap bottle and SHAKE WELL until the powder is completely dissolved.
