About A Brewer's Guide To Opening A Nano Brewery: Your

Product Description Dan Woodske is the owner and operator of his own nanobrewery, Beaver Brewing Company in Beaver Falls Pennsylvania. Starting as an avid homebrewer he wondered why there wasn't a brewery within an hour drive of his home...that's when he decided to take his passion for brewing to the pro level. This book describes everything you need from buying brewery equipment, marketing your beer, licensing, running your brewing, and finding that perfect space. The process of opening a brewery can seem daunting, but in under 100 pages you will find brewing good beer is the hard part, the rest seems easy once it is all laid out for you. You want details on the licensing process? You want to learn how to sell your beer? You want real life examples on how a nanobrewery works and how it can be profitable? Then buy this book. Don't spend $10,000 on a consultant, spend $15 and get info from someone that actually owns and operates a nano-brewery...and does it successfully. From the Author If you tell someone "Hey, I want to start a nanobrewery" you will undoubtedly get comments back like..."are you crazy?" or "that's a terrible idea, you will go broke".  The first response may be correct, but there are ways to make this a successful venture...starting out with this book is a good first step, check the reviews if you don't believe me. The brewery biz isn't too much different than any other business, some work, some fail.  If you go in with no plan or idea how to do it I can assure you that your road to success will not be an easy one.   I own and operate my own nanobrewery the Beaver Brewing Company so I can tell you first hand what to expect and what you need to plan for.   The book is filled with experience on licensing, setting up your brewery, selling your beer, and most importantly getting your ass off your couch and actually doing the damn brewery project instead of talking about it.  I also sprinkle in some real life stories of what happens at a real brewery and how to overcome those issues.    So what type of advice are you going to get?  Honest.  This advice comes from someone that was a homebrewer that took his dream of owning a brewery and actually did it.  If you are considering this book I am sure you are in the same boat so this information is tailored for you.  I researched opening my brewery for about 18 months and looking back it should have taken about 6 months.  I put my experience of wasting time looking at things that weren't important into the book so you can be up and running within 12 months.   About the Author Dan Woodske is the owner and operator of the Beaver Brewing Company in Beaver Falls Pennsylvania.
