From the Manufacturer The 3M™ Flange Adapter 3 adapts a 5" to 8" wheel with a 1" center hole to fit onto a tool with a shaft smaller than one inch. The internal diameter of the adapter should match the diameter of the tool shaft. The flange fits a deburring wheel, unitized wheel, or flap wheel, or any wheel with a 1" center hole.
