Product description: Model printed with the SUNLU Standard Photopolymer Resin features smooth surface, high stability and high accuracy, low shrinkage, stunning color effect, excellent stiffness, toughness, impact resistance and some flexibility. The resin is more safe, Suitable to most LCD 3D printer. Resin Parameter: Hardness: 80D±10% Shrinkage: 4-5 % Viscosity (25°C): 150-350MPa·s Liquid Density: 1.05-1.25g/cm³ Solid Density: 1.195 g/cm³ Flexure Strength: 61.171±10% Extension Strength: 49.118±10% Mpa Elongation at Break: 10.002±10% Shelf Life: 1 year Way to Rinse：Clean with alcohol spray and air gun Suitable for: LCD/DLP 3D Printer Application: General modeling & Industrial prototype proofing Printing Setting: Bottom exposure time(s): 60 s/layer Normal exposure time: 8 s/layer Usage: Shake well before use, prohibiting the use of resin in places where there is a lot of sunlight. Wear goggles in avoid of eye contact to resin. Wear gloves before use to avoid direct contact with the skin and keep the room ventilated. Storage method: Please preserve our resin in closed opaque bottle in avoid of exposure to air and sunlight. Please keep resin in room temperature (15 - 35 degrees Celsius) and dry condition. Safety Rules: Resin is with slight odor. We strongly suggest to use our resin and printer under ventilated condition. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. If swallow the resin, go to hospital. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Resin might cause slight irritation to skin. Stop using it if allergy occurs. Please keep the resin away from kids. Do not mix used and non-used resin together. Do not dump resin. Please cured resin and treat/recycle it as general plastics garbage.
