I use gel pens a great deal and the shading effect still shows through the ink. I do love colouring mandalas so knew I would love the content. The patterns are one sided and able to withstand gel pens without showing through. I have not tried markers as yet and I know alcohol markers would bleed through as they do on most papers. The author makes himself available for any questions and is keen to ensure buyer satisfaction.
