The 3B Scientific U17310 fiber optic spectrometer examines near and infrared light in the 360 to 800nm spectrum range. The removable cover allows students to observe the spectrum analysis process. The transmission grating and precision slit provide resolution of less than 2.0nm. Test results are shaded with the corresponding light wave color to ease reading and interpretation.
