The 3B Scientific R05 plant cell model is used to study the form and structure of a typical plant cell, including the cytoplasm and organelles. The R05 is enlarged 500,000 to 1,000,000X life size for display, and dissembles into two parts for effective demonstration. The model’s raised-relief organelles are colored for accurate identification. The RO5 is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic, which is corrosion resistant, lightweight, and has high strength. PVC resists reactions with acids, gasoline, alcohol, and hydrocarbons. Natural sciences models are typically used as educational aids in medical and scientific classrooms and office settings.
