This 45-degree street elbow is a class 3000 forged stainless-steel 304/304L pipe fitting with female socket weld ends for connecting male pipes and fittings. The 45-degree elbow changes flow direction and has internal recesses on the inside diameters to allow for a smooth bore and better fluid flow.The class 3000 elbow can be used in high pressure applications and is made from forged stainless steel 304/304L for corrosion resistance. Class is a standard relating to tolerance, construction, dimension, and wall thickness, but it is not a direct measurement of maximum working pressure. This fitting meets standards ASTM A182, ASME SA182, and ANSI B16.11 for quality assurance.
