Banneton Bowls, or sometimes called Brotform Bowls, are used to help shape and proof your bread dough. How To Use: 1. You should start off with cleaning the bowl with a scrubber(lightly scrub) and water.or use a damp rag to lightly wipe the bowl. 2.Rinse Well. 3. While still a bit wet, pour either regular, rice, or rye flour all around the proofing bowl with or without linen.Shake and Pour out any excess. 4. Place dough into banneton and place a plastic layer over the dough. 5. Flip banneton bowl over and let dough pour onto non- stick pan that you will be cooking your bread on.Use scraper to loosen dough from the basket 6.Cook bread and Enjoy!!! Tips: You should not have to wash your banneton proofing bowl after or before every use. We advise washing with water for 2 to 7 minutes while very lightly scrubbing when you first receive the bowl. After washing and also after every use, best practice is to let dry under direct sunlight. If you're not able to set your bowl under direct sunlight, let dry near a window where the sun shines most. We would advise you to also hand wash the linen cover with water only. REMEMBER! Do Not Cook Dough While Inside Banneton Bowl.
