If they charge in direct sunlight for less than this time, or if the sky is partially cloudy for a while, the performance of the LED balls will be affected.Inflate, then Charge: To make transportation safe and easy, your POP Design LED balls will arrive deflated. Please inflate them before you put them out in the sun to charge up. Deflated LED balls will not charge well, if at all.Always Charge Face Up: When charging your LED balls, make sure that the solar cell that sits within the bottom of the weighted ball faces upwards toward the sun. Simply place the ball on the ground or in the pool with the weighted bottom facing down.Pool Tips: Our customers love using POP Design LED balls in the pool.
