Base type BAY15D (referred to as # 1157) (dual contact point, dual offset retainers on each side). This is a 2-mode bulb often used as a Running/Brake Light (One lighting mode for indicator light; double lighting mode for brake light). 36 total SMD3014 LEDs inside a protective shell for superior brightness. 300 Lumens ! This model (1157, BAY15D) operates from 12 to 14VDC. Extremely bright (we dimmed them significantly to shoot images). Unique protective shell makes this LED bulb both easier to handle and more resistant to dirt, moisture and damage.
