Serrano ham is maybe the most famous food in Spain because of its amazing flavor, texture and aroma. You can find all over the country and it can be eaten in many different ways and anytime of the day: with eggs for breakfast, in a sub as a snack, together with melon for lunch specially in summer or cooked together with hundreds of many other dishes. It is hard to find any Spaniard (except for the vegetarians) who doesn't like or eat Serrano ham. All our Serrano hams have been cured for at least 18 months and have USDA inspection approved. They come from white domestic pigs and are naturally dry cured in mountain air. With this cutting set you can easily start learning to carve as they do in Spain!.
