About 12.7MM Outer Diameter Tube Size STAUFF Twin Series

Pipe clamps are also known as tube clamps and hydraulic brackets. By gripping the pipes or tubes in place, it helps in maintaining the stability of the hydraulic system hence reducing the impact and vibration caused by fluid movement. There are 3 series of pipe clamp; Standard series, heavy, and twin series. A complete pipe clamp installation consists of four components which are the clamp body, weld plate, cover plate, and hexagon head bolts. Twin series clamp is smaller than a heavy series as they are made for installations with closely placed lines and moderate vibration. It is usually used to avoid having two separate standard series clamps. To install a pipe clamp, mark the base plate at the preferred position. Next, weld the base plate into position. For elongated base plate, use screws/bolts instead. Push the bottom clamp onto the base plate and install the required tube or pipe. Finally, mount the bottom clamp with the cover plate and bolts. The body of this standard polypropylene (PP) pipe clamp has a working temperature of -30˚C to +90˚C. The clamp body is available for tube sizes between 6mm outer diameter to 42mm outer diameter. The other metal components are made of galvanized steel. Twin series pipe clamp is made to DIN 3015 standards.
