Refried Pinto Beans is a Mexican dish, which is part of the basic food of this country. The preparation is simple: in a stainless steel container the previously washed beans are cooked, then lard is added and iodized salt is kept at boiling temperature until reaching a consistency similar to a paste, then they are packed and it goes under commercial sterility process to ensure the shelf life at room temperature, once the pouch is opened, it should be kept under refrigeration for a few days.
