About Continuum Aquatics Reef Bio Pellet Fuel – Timed
Reef Bio Pellet Fuel is gentle on the system, it provides an alcohol free, non-flammable and sugar free rich carbon source for accelerated growth of bacteria & bacterioplankton for food sources for corals and other invertebrates as well as for the crucial functions of nitrification, denitrification, nutrient assimilation and remineralization. Proper use of Reef Bio Pellet Fuel will result in reduction of nitrates and phosphates to very low levels providing for a cleaner and more beautiful aquarium. Reef Micro Fuel works well as a growth accelerator for natural bacteria in the marine aquarium by stimulating reproduction, and particularly well with microbial cultures such as BacterGen M, BacterClean M or BacterGen MD. For best results, use in a fluidized bed filter or reactor with good water flow. Continuum recommends that you consider using BacterGen M or BacterClean M regularly, along with the Reef Bio Pellet Fuel to replenish and accelerate the growth and maintenance of both aerobic and anaerobic bacterial populations in your aquarium. This will reduce the levels of toxic ammonia, and nitrites, as well as nitrates, phosphates and organic pollutants.
