About Gaea's Blessing Seeds - Cilantro Seeds - Non-GMO

(Coriandrum sativum) Open-pollinated, Non-GMO Cilantro, also known as Chinese parsley, coriander or yan sui, is valued in Asian, South and Central American, and Middle Eastern cuisine for its aromatic zesty flavor produced in every part of the plant, from the leaves to the stems to the seeds. Cilantro and Coriander refer to the same plant, where the fresh leaves are referred to cilantro. The plants grow up to 2' tall and have medium-green feathery, flat leaves. Small 2" seedlings are ready to harvest after 18 days and can be used in dishes or as a garnish. Extra slow to bolt, this variety is good for mild climates. Cilantro goes to seed quickly in hot weather conditions. Leisure cilantro/coriander is a variety that is very high yield and produces a large number of dark and very nutrient rich leaves.
