FEATURES OF THE TRAEGER MEAT PROBE : We use a 3-layer compression interface (stainless steel cable and probe connection location) to make our probes more waterproof and more rugged, as well as IPX7 and waterproof probes and stainless steel cable. The temperature probe is made of food grade stainless steel. Monitor meat temperature or grill temperature (Traeger smoker/grill/bbq). The buck probe design provides accurate, fast temperature sensing and alerts you to temperature changes in seconds.

TEMPERATURE PROBE PARAMETERS: Stainless steel cable is 4 feet (1200mm) long. The probe is 7 inches (178 mm) long, probe diameter of 0.2 inches (5 mm), and a probe tip of 0.5 inches (13 mm). The plug has a diameter of 3.5mm and a length of 0.55inches (14mm). The probe is bent (R 25°). The probe can withstand temperatures up to 1000°F (500°C), the stainless steel cable can withstand temperatures up to 718℉（380℃).
