This premium quality 100% stainless steel allows our KANKA Grill users* to roast ANY type of food, even delicate and thin cuts normally excluded from rotisserie style cooking. It is great for fish, hamburgers, sausages, and beyond thanks to its adjustable depth design, that allows roasting of multiple meats and vegetables at the same time without the need for extra tools and difficulty. The easy thumb squeeze adjustment allows for varying cooking thickness across 4 thickness settings; for uneven thicknesses the settings can independently be determined on each side of the basket.
