These nylon flag fastener clips are sold two per set and come complete with stainless steel spring clips. The halyard is held firmly in place with positive lock nylon set screws. A great fastener for when you have a broken or cut halyard and don't want to have to buy a new halyard and still want to fly your flag. Also cuts down on noise from when the wind moves the rope and hits the pole. Halyard sold separately. Instructions included.
