Tighten the nylon nut inside and let it pull the valve onto the bucket to ensure a good seal with the bucket. Tip: Be sure flat washer is against wing nut and not under valve flap.Be sure to drill the hole high enough so you can spin the nut on the inside without hitting the bottom of the bucket.
