About Stabilo CarbOthello Pastel Pencil, Carmine Red
Pastel pencils for both fine and commercial artists. Their intense pigmentation provides excellent performance on thin paper and strong color gradations in application. Light-proof, non-toxic, break-resistant, bendable and partially soluble (contours will remain visible). A fixative is recommended on finished pieces. WARNING: These products contain a chemical known in the State of California to cause cancer.
