M14.1-1.5 x 15mm Oversize Piggyback Oil Drain Features

  • Applicable:Your original oil plug stripped the oil pan threads causing a leak.

  • Function:Our plug cut new threads easily in the aluminum oil pan .The drain plug is 2 in 1, meaning it will plug the hole, and then you can change the oil in the future using the Hex wrench instead of the bolt, which mean you can leave the bolt in once it seals up the drain pan.No need to touch the damaged threads again with the removable drain insert.

  • Advantage: Install our Piggyback Oil Drain Plug that you don't have to pull back out of the pan over and over. Cheaper than placing the oil pan or re-threading it.

  • Important Note:Check with your local motor sports dealer to verify what size you need.We suggest using thread locker.(After cleaning up the new threads then put thread locker on the plug and installed it)

  • Package Includes: 1pcs 304 stainless steel self tapping piggyback oversize oil drain plug, specification: M14.1-1.5 x 15mm; 1pcs L Shape Hex Key Allen Wrench (for the piggyback drain plug); 2pcs fluorine o-ring for main plug; 2pcs red copper gasekt for piggyback drain plug;

About M14.1-1.5 X 15mm Oversize Piggyback Oil Drain

Installation Instructions: 1. Make sure you clean the oil pan thread area thoroughly, there isn't excess oil around the area or in the threads. 2. Thread the piggyback plug into the hole, a few threads forward and then a few back. Once the plug bottoms out, remove it slowly and then use some brake cleaner to clean loose thread material. 3. Use T-socket wrench, tighten the plug with a torque of around 14ft-lbf.(you can use thread locker). 4.Make sure the small piggyback is also tight.Seal well by simply hand tightening of the Allen key. Note: When you need to remove little piggyback screw for oil drain, remember to use a wrench to hold the larger bolt stationary
