This is the standard FBI fingerprint card, form No. FD-258 used by the FBI, Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and many police agencies for noncriminal fingerprinting such as for employment clearances or immigration purposes. Cards come in packs of 1000. These are the most recent version of the FD-258 cards, version 5-15-17, with the new privacy statement. Each pack of Crime Scene FD-258 cards comes with a video fingerprinting tutorial.
