Since terminating production, Tomoe River FP paper has been greatly missed by fans. Japanese Tomoe River paper has been a favorite among those who love to write and are particular about the quality. It's renowned for being incredibly thin and for its velvety smooth texture that performs amazingly well with fountain pens and ink pens. "Tomoe River FP" paper is Tomoe's top of the line paper. It is the highest quality paper available, especially designed for fountain pen users. These 5mm square graph ruled "Tomoe River FP" notebooks are thread-bound together with a classic black soft cover. International Design Patented “New Sub-Dot Grid” method is used to create 5 x 5 mm graph grids. A line that is created using this innovated method is composed of a collection of invisible sub-dots. By creating these spaces in the line, ink will absorb better with less ink repelling on the paper. Light indigo blue 5mm square grid will help guide you so that your writing will always be straight with equal intervals. All 160 pages are neatly bound and securely sewn with thread.
