Feature: The Pickup is an exact replica of the original Alnico V Stratocaster pickups. The same type of magnet wire is used, as well as the same number of coil windings. The staggered rod magnets are hand-ground, lacquered bobbins and cloth braid hook-up wire complete the vintage look. Every detail is included to duplicate the bell-like tone and the high end bite that made the vintage Strat famous. This Single Coil Pickup Features Application: Vintage-correct true single-coil for warm instruments. Recommended for country, pop, surf, rockabilly, blues, ska and classic rock. The hand-ground Alnico 5 magnets and moderate windings, yield a bright and punchy tone with vintage output. Perfect for players who need accurate traditional single-coil tone, especially with clean and mildly distorted amp settings. Comes with waxed cloth hookup cable and vintage-style keyed bottom plate. Guitars: For warmer toned ash, alder or basswood body instruments. Works especially well with rosewood fingerboards.
