Designed in conjunction with the Award Winning Engineering team of Ernie Ball Music Man and Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine, The Sterling by Music Man version of the James Valentine “Valentine” guitar features a Mississippi Swamp Ash slab body, two pickups (1-humbucker/1-single coil) wound and voiced to Music Man specifications wired to a 3-way pickup selector, 12dB “Push-Push” boost on the Volume Control, Sterling by Music Man design “hardtail” string through bridge with bent steel saddles, 25.5-inch scale, Roasted Maple neck/fretboard with 12-inch radius, 22 frets, oversized 4+2 headstock with locking tuning machines.
