The ESP E-II Eclipse DB is inarguably one of the coolest-looking guitars in the entire ESP offering. It starts with a great combination of Vintage Black finish and age-yellowed multi-binding with gold hardware. But the E-II Eclipse DB is more than a killer-looking instrument; it's also one of our finest-playing guitars. Powered by a set of EMG 60 (neck) and EMG 81 (bridge) pickups, it's ready for everything from deep and contemplative sounds to the most screaming, aggressive tones imaginable. A set-neck design, it's easy to get quickly up to the highest frets. It features a mahogany body with maple cap, a one=piece mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard with 22 extra-jumbo frets. The E-II Eclipse DB includes high-end components like Schaller Strap locks, Gotoh locking tuners, and a Gotoh TOM bridge and tailpiece. Like all instruments in our E-II Series, the Eclipse DB is made in Japan at ESP’s Tokyo factory. Includes hard-shell case.
