The new incredibly durable yet discreet, low-profile design is built to support microphones and recorders up to 4.4 lbs (2kg). The mount features a rubber pad and bearing plate set atop the shock mount to deliver unrivaled shock-absorbing capabilities. The SMM8 will mount on any microphone or recorder with a ¼" thread and also attaches to most cameras via standard hot shoe or tripods via ¼" thread, or directly to a 3/8" boom-pole.
