HHIP TPGC-21.51 TiN coated C5 carbide insert used for turning and milling carbon and alloy steels, tool steel and stainless steel. TPGC ground single sided chip breaker to optimize chip control. Single sided with chip breaker. 11 degree relief angle. Fully ground with countersink hole. Suitable for materials that create a short chip. ISO insert number is TPGC110304. I.C. is 3/32. (Inch) T is 3/32. R is 1/64. Thru hole is .118. Provides a longer life than uncoated grades. Works well in high heat situations and offers wear resistance on alloys, stainless steel and ductile iron.
