Fishing Areas, Methods and Protection of Marine Resources and Endangered Species Angelo Parodi does NOT procure fish sourced from the marine reserves of the Pacific or from other reserves and protected areas identified by coastal states. In the procurement processes we consider the use of selective and safe fishing methods and equipment as fundamental to minimizing the incidental catches of immature fish and other species. We consider the protection of the marine environment a priority, so that the natural heritage and biodiversity of the natural waters are preserved. We encourage the presence of independent international observers on board our suppliers' ships and we do not purchase species deemed at risk of extinction.
