EASY TO USE: Just soak sprout seeds in a mason jar overnight, then put the lid on the jar and invert to drain the water. Rinse a few more times and drain, leaving the jar upside down. Rinse and drain twice a day, making sure to shake gently to distribute the water evenly. After 3-7 days, your sprouts should have reached their desired size. Rinse and store in the fridge.
