About The ONLY Leg Stretcher Split Machine For Side And

After many years of trying & failing with other leg stretcher machines & different methods, I designed the SPLITS EASY leg stretcher machine & stretching method to help anyone achieve full splits, regardless of age or flexibility. Using Splits Easy, I achieved front & side splits in only 4 months at age 52. If I can, so can you! The stretching method uses multiple sets starting at higher levels to warm up the legs with a relaxation period between which enables you to go 1 level lower on the next set. Seat height starts at level 15 & lowers in 25mm (1”) steps all the way down to level 0. Aim to beat your previous best level in each 15 minute session, 4 times per week. As difficulty increases, aim to progress once per week. Instructions are included to guide you & tracking charts to measure your progress. Can also be used for squats, single leg squats, raised push ups & dips. Compact at 460 x 455 x 315mm (18 x 17.5 x 12.5”), weight 4.8kg (10.6lbs).
