The codes are slightly larger than Braille standards to ensure a good representation in the soft material. They have a mirror image of the Braille codes carved into the bottom. The sighted symbols are printed on the side of the block. There is a small indent at the top of the block to help with the correct positioning of the code. These are great to practice Braille and to stamp them into clay or any other soft material. They are washable and easy to clean. When using them the sighted letter or number on the side faces you. The indent at the top faces away from you and is for your finger to help positioning the stamp.
