I know what it’s like to be so sleep deprived that you would give up food, showers and getting dressed to get any ounce of sleep you can. You have been up all night for weeks and you can’t remember what day it is or what life is like outside of this new, sleepless lifestyle. I’ve been there! I have read and studied numerous books on sleep, and have, through trial and error, found what works for me, my babies, and countless other mothers. Whether you are nursing, pumping or bottle-feeding, I genuinely believe every parent is capable of teaching their baby to sleep as long as they have the right steps laid out for them. That’s why I’m here! I will guide you each step of the way to teach your baby how to sleep.
