Product Description The Super-Softie is a completely new approach to the slip-on microphone windshield. Unlike conventional, slip-on fur windshields, the Super-Softie features a unique, asymmetirical shape and specially designed 3D-Tex material. This provides an excellent level of wind performance reduction with unparalleled durability, ease of maintenance and long-term reliability. 3D-Tex is a specially-designed, Rycote-exclusive material, which combines enhanced acoustic transparency with outstanding attenuation of wind noise. Because of its open-cell foam design and lack of rigid internal chassis, there is virtually no polar pattern distortion. Available in six sizes, the Super-Softie will maintain excellent performance over years of dedicated use in challenging environments.
