Scupper holes slide through adjustable frame posts, then the frame is secured with a strap for stability. Its blue anodized coating is sleek and corrosion resistant. The all-terrain tires are durable, treaded tires that travel well on paved or compacted surfaces. They are filled with foam so they will never go flat.
