About New Enecsys SMI-240-60 Solar Micro Inverter
We are offering a rack mount Enecsys SMI-240-60 240-watt micro inverter for standard 60-cell panels (most panels sold today for residential use) These microinverters were designed and built by Enecsys to beat the Enphase M250 microinverters, and boast an efficiency of over 96% (see attached specifications). Many consider Enecsys the Rolls Royce of microinverters. These were designed to last 25 years. They will work with any standard 60-cell panel. We are only able to offer this inverter to you at this price because we bought a large amount of inventory when Enecsys went through a 2015 liquidation after having invested $120 million of venture money in building the best microinverters in the market. With respect to monitoring of your microinverter system, upon your request we will provide you three third-party monitoring options for Enecsys inverters at your request, two of which are free and a third of which is paid. We provide a 90-day replacement warranty on these inverters. Please note that this listing is for an inverter only. The inverter will connect directly to the MC-4 DC connectors of your solar panel (provided you have a current generation solar panel). On the AC side, the inverter has a special connector that is designed to be connected to Enecsys cabling and connectors.
