Rust-Oleum Home Designer Series Gloss White Tint Base Floor Coating Kit offers an easy 2 step process to update and transform the look of worn interior flooring surfaces. The revolutionary, water-based coating technology is extremely durable and adheres to tough surfaces without stripping, sanding or priming. Great for any bare, stained, sealed, or previously coated surface including ceramic tile, porcelain tile, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, concrete, linoleum, melamine, granite and much more. Each kit includes: 1 Qt. of Base Coat, 1 Two-Part Burst Pouch, 4 Oz. Heavy-Duty Cleaner and Two 3/8" Microfiber Roller Covers.
