Its reduced tip probe cuts down drastically on the response time giving quick and accurate temperature measurements for all types of food. The 110 mm long stainless steel probe allows safe use while testing the temperatures. It can probe deep within a stuffed turkey or a whole chicken to give an accurate reading without the fear of burning your hand. The probe folds onto the handle for safe and compact storage and is small and safe enough to be slipped into a pocket without the fear of being poked. It is splash proof to a high standard conforming to IPX4. The ABS plastic casing is designed for comfortable grip. The digital LED display with backlight is easy to read even in low light conditions.
