The plaster of Paris is evenly coated on the Gauze. The adherence process is designed to minimize plaster loss, meaning less plaster will be wasted in the bucket. High green strength reduces the risk of distortion before the cast fully dries. The set times are consistent, and bandages are available in fast and extra fast set formulas. Fast setting plaster bandages have a set time of 5 - 8 minutes, and extra fast setting plaster bandages have a set time of 2 - 4 minutes. The low br>Exothermic properties ensure patient comfort and safety during setting. Once set, the plaster of Paris has a traditional dry, smooth finish and is extremely strong and durable. Specialist plaster of Paris bandages are available by the case in a wide range of sizes.
