Solder seal wire connectors are an innovative solution for making soldered, waterproof connections. These solder wire connectors do not require a crimping tool, or a soldering iron, which simplifies the task of connecting 2 wires together. Simply strip your wires, insert into the solder sleeve and apply heat. Each heat shrink butt connector contains a low temperature pre fluxed solder ring so every connection is made with the perfect amount of pre-measured solder. Once soldered and sealed the connection is extra resistant to wire pull outs. Soldered wire terminations have superior conductivity compared to their non-soldered counterparts. Heat-activated adhesive inside the polyolefin tubing will form a waterproof seal. The correct installation can be easily verified through the translucent heat shrink insulation.
